Please follow below
To manually check outputs from Extension module to UFH wiring centre:
- 12V DC should be constant at the Extension module and the Wiring Centre.
- Turn on DIP SW 1 + 2
Outputs 1 - 4 will now be energised
Check Voltage out is sufficient for Wiring Centre (2V DC or Higher)
- Turn on DIP SW 1 + 3
Outputs 5 - 8 will now be energised
Check Voltage out is sufficient for Wiring Centre (2V DC or Higher)
To check Analogue 10K NTC sensors for UFH only zones
- Inputs A1 - A8 are used with 10K NTC sensors.
A1 = Zone 19,
A2 = Zone 20,
A3 = Zone 21,
A4 = Zone 22,
- If voltage is 0V - 0.5V = Short Circuit - check cable / sensor
- If voltage is 3V - 3.5V = Open Circuit - No sensor or broken cable
- If voltage is 2V = approx 18 degrees
- If voltage is 1.9V = approx 20 degrees
- If voltage is 1.8V = approx 22 degrees
- If voltage is 1.7V = approx 24 degrees
- If voltage is 1.6V = approx 26 degrees
- If voltage is 1.5V = approx 28 degrees
