Orcomm touch screen monitors can be installed in parallel should you require more with in a single home. Standard system allows up to 8 additional devices.
Although you can mix and match Screen types, we HIGHLY recommend keeping to same model. This is easier for support and future enhancements.
Q: Do you have Bluetooth on touch screen
A: Yes currently on model ORC-7T, note this may not operate with current Bluetooth standards as the Bluetooth support stopped in 2020
Q: Can I wire another sounder
A: Yes the monitor needs to have latest firmware from our web portal 3.3.0 or higher downloads.orcomm.co.uk
The ORC-HAGW will operate Relay from menu in Security Settings. This relay can used to operate a device like sounder,
strobe etc.
Q: Can I use the 12V output on rear of touch screen unit.
A: This option is no longer supported
Q: Can I connect a Mobile app
A: For Door Entry uses most sites have disabled this function for security reasons. If this is something you wish to have then you must contact your management company, to authorise an installer to activate the function, ensure internet on network and lock network from external hackers.
NOTE: the main door/s are communal thus require authorisation (example all residents) before activating. Network might need upgrading security levels.
